I like how this looks!! You've picked just the right colours to set a decent lava setting! It's a task that has been pretty much difficult for me. I like the design on the building on top. It gives just the right feeling - it's quite ominous!
Judging by the brush strokes, it appears that everything has been drawn on one layer only. At least the building and the sky. This shows quite some knowledge about drawing itself! Have you taken any lessons?

Thanks for your feedback! I went to school for graphic design and advertising but I definitely spent a lot of my own time reading books and watching video tutorials to learn this stuff on the side.
